Ambre Nerinck-Seltzer


Ambre Nerinck-Seltzer has many years of experience in the legal market in New York.  Prior to creating her own firm, she was a member of  a leading art-world law firm; she applied the corporate knowledge acquired while heading the New York office of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre to sophisticated art transactions and the assistance of major art foundations. While at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, she represented Eastern and Western European clients with respect to their U.S. business operations, and in this capacity provided advice, negotiation and drafting services regarding mergers and acquisitions, employment law, licensing and distribution, and general corporate matters. 


Born and raised in France, Ambre is a native speaker of French and is fluent in English. She graduated with honors from the University of Bordeaux Montesquieu and earned an LL.M. in Comparative Legal Studies from Pace Law School in New York.  She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2004.


She currently is the President of the Club 600, a club of French entrepreneurs.
